Helping you access the flow state

My Approach

Coaching is the tool of choice when there’s a gap between the life you’re living and what you know is possible. My primary goal is closing that gap.

Coaching Style and Philosophy

Like any coach, I motivate, inspire, design challenges, encourage, and foster greatness in my clients. But among coaches, because of my training and experience I’m unusually perceptive. My coaching style is based on evidence-based science along with the deep presence that comes from 25 years of spiritual practice: yoga, meditation, and intensive in-person training with indigenous spiritual leaders in North, Central, and South America. I’m told that my clients appreciate my compassion, integrity, and no-BS approach.

  • My goal is to help the client assess and leverage his/her strengths and talents to succeed as an empathic, authentic, ethical leader. I believe that with the proper support, every person can create an impact that makes the world a better place.
  • Inquiry, listening deeply, and asking powerful questions are at the heart of my work. Using that methodology, I help clients develop the thinking, analysis, and action structures that serve long after our work together ends.
  • I model the practice of mindfulness. I approach each situation with a positive, curious, and appreciative mindset. I believe that life is meant to be enjoyed. I have a great sense of humor.
  • I am curious, exploratory, and highly intuitive by nature. These qualities empower my clients to trust themselves more fully, making them more effective in a rapidly changing world.

Curriculum Vitae

I’m a free-spirited, rare combination of savvy business smarts, artistic sensibility, intuition, practicality, and entrepreneurial drive. My life goal? To play at the intersection of passion, inquiry, engagement, and grit.
